We are now preparing to enter our third year in Korea and it seems pretty crazy when we think about it. We never imagined we’d stay passed our first year of hagwon hell but we managed to keep positive and remain open to the idea that everything deserves a second chance. With that in mind we were able to have an amazing year in EPIK. Not only did it prove that giving Korea a second chance was the right decision, it also allowed us to see beyond this experience being just a “trip” but rather a complete lifestyle change.
We know we aren’t done with Asia just yet and that there is still so much of it we can’t wait to explore! It’s also hard to give up a lifestyle you have grown to love and appreciate. This type of lifestyle gives us the ultimate saving / traveling package deal. It really is too good to be true.
With all that said we have endless plans for this coming year like venturing out to the Northern provinces of Korea and discovering more about the country we live in. This year its all about living in the moment and rolling with this unique opportunity we have been given.
